- If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation date to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address your issues and provide a satisfactory resolution. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Full Vastu Analysis and Report:

- Due to the personalized nature of our Vastu analysis and report, once the service has been provided, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with our recommendations. Please contact us if you have any questions or require further clarification on your report.

Workshops and Courses:

1. Cancellation Policy:

- If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop or course, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling:

- If you are unable to attend a workshop or course, you may request to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability, without any additional charges.

Digital Products:

1. E-books and Guides:

- All sales of digital products, such as e-books and guides, are final and non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Remedial and Treatment Products:

1. Physical Products:

- If you purchase any remedial or treatment products from our website and find them to be defective or not as described, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. To be eligible for a refund on product purchases, you must email us a clear and unedited unboxing video of the parcel, showing the entire unboxing process with proper visibility. If any discrepancies or issues are found in the video, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
